Braums District manager cooking fries and unprofessional customer service!


I ordered at the Braums drive thru on little road in texas and the burger I received had literally way too much salt on the burger. When I first took a bite, I noticed the crunchyness of the burger. I thought at first it was the lettuce or the overcooked patty. So, I ripped a small piece of burger meat and quickly realized the crunch was from the huge amount of salt dumped on the burger patty!! How much salt do you have to put on it to get that "crunch" even after its been cooked???? You guys immediately know when any food is too salty. The saltiness was so much that all I tasted was salt and so salty that it had this burning feeling. Thats not the worst of it. I called the resturant and an employee took my name and said to bring the receipt and we will be more than happy to remake it. So I went inside seeing how busy it was, I explained it to the cashier who the told the shift manager. The manager said there was no one that called so she talked to the District manager (DM) whowas making fries. Shift manar said to bring the burger back. I said threw it away. Manager said have to have it.I came backk again and had my receipt the burger and fries and the DM looked at the burger and said she will not remake it because a third of the burger was missing. I told her that I called before coming here and they took my name and told me they would remake if i had my receipt. The DM said she will not remake the burger and told the shift manager to give me some 1800 number and went back to making fries and told me that i can call but clearly said she makes the final decision. i called corporate left a message but have not gotten a responsee yet.
