    On 10/30/12 a group of us nurses visited your restaurant in Norman. Although we made individual orders, none of them were correct! When we mentioned this to the female who took our order,she was rude with 3 of us, refused to make eye contact, and seemed to take more than usual time to correct. When another female came to the counter to ask if she could help, she commented she was ONLY one person! (There were 5 employees working this morning.)   • Didnt receive replecement product



    I order a Chocolate Almond Waffle Cone and got a plain Chocolate waffle cone. I called Braums in Van Buren and was told it would be replaced and my name was in the book. Weather turned cooler and a couple of months went by and I remembered that I could have my replacement ice cream so even though it's 25 degrees outside I went to get it and was told I couldn't have it because it has been over 30days. I was never told on the phone when I called I had to get it within 30days. I should get what I pay for ...period. If I'm told it will be replaced then it should be replaced.... More...
