    MY HUSBAND & I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN, ONE YOUNG GIRL HAD HER BALL CAP ON SIDE WAYS AND WAS VERY RUDE AND NONPROFESSIONAL, HER SUPERVISOR WAS AT ANOTHER REGISTER THE OTHER PEOPLE WORKING WERE VERY PLEASED TO EVEN HAVE A JOB, THEY ALL WERE DRESSED LIKE THEY WERE HAPPY TO HELP YOU AND GLAD THEY HAD A JOB.     I was excited when you built your new store in our Independence, KS neighborhood, west main street. I live two blocks away and drive by it to and from work. I love the market side of the store but the grill area is another matter. I got hamburgers shortly after you opened it and they were so over cooked we couldn't eat them.     McAlester Braums (Carl Albert) Seems to have a big problem making a Crispy Chicken CLUB sandwhich. I have had this happen to me at least 3 times and it is AGGRAVATiNG when you go pick up lunch and get back to work with the WRONG food. I check my receipt and I was Charged and PAID for the CLUB CHICKEN but I receive a PLAIN chicken sandwhich. Service is great and Fast.     I was at Braums (2305, SE Walton Blvd, Bentonville, AR) today (May 23, 2013) @ 9.00am. I went into the milk and fruits section and bought what I needed and then decided to buy some breakfast and went to the main counter at the entrance to order breakfast.     The Braums on 3821 S Pennsylvania Avenue has terrible service!(at night anyways) there was only one worker that seeme to be doing we job seriously! I went there at 10 o'clock on Sunday, March 24.     I worked for Braums for about thirteen months. The first was in Oklahoma City, and than at the store in Durant. While at the Durant store, I felt comfortable around the management.     I have recently be come acquainted with you store in Sapulpa, OK. I must tell you that this store has the hardest working people I have seen in a long time! Everyone that was not waiting on a customer was scrubbing and cleaning everything!!! And this happens everytime I have been in here!     Hello, My wife and I have made many visits to the store located on 3506 Galloway ave, Mesquite, Tx. The store needs major help. When you walk in the front dorr the cleanliness of the store is rediculous. Paper all over the floor through out, you tell the floors have not been properly swept or mopped.     On 10/30/12 a group of us nurses visited your restaurant in Norman. Although we made individual orders, none of them were correct!     I went through Braums drive through October 25th. I ordered an order of scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and orange juice. I forgot to tell them I wanted salt and pepper so at the first window I told them I forgot to ask for salt and pepper did I tell her or when I picked up my order? She rolled her eyes!     I went to Braum's Oct 21st 2012 per usual for my family's weekly Sunday date and received the POOREST service bar none, worse than McDonald's during a lunch rush.     I lost an interview which easily pays 4x what I'm making at Braum's. I only took the job at Braum's because I had just been laid off, I have a 3 year old to take care of, and Braum's was the first place that offered a job.     I recently wrote a check during one of my numerous weekly visits to Braum's. Through an error on my part, the check was returned for insufficient funds.     Our family has been going to our neighborhood Braums since it opened. We would go there one to two times a week, lunch or dinner. We have told people that it is the greatest hamburger in town and my grand daughters love their chicken fingers. In the past several months the place has done a complete turn.     While shopping for grocerys tonight at Braums I saw the worst display of customer service I have ever encountered. My son slipped on their wet floor . No one ask how he was , instead the woman mopping and the assistant manager embarrassed and humiliated him by asking if he couldn't "read the wet floor signs" and told him he left marks on their newly mopped floor.     Braums is my choice to pruchase gro. items, convienant, great products. I admire their respect of animals and safe food. However today I went into a different Braums than my usual, for a bit of lunch. Seeing the beautiful newly advertised 4 cheese burger poster, I ask a couple of questions and ordered one.     I just left the Braum store at Pawnee and Broadway in Wichita Kansas. I have been going to the store since 1997. And I have had several bad experiences. I usually order a sandwich and at order of french fries with a drink. You're lucky if the sandwiches is hot and especially lucky if the french fries are hot.     The ice machine was froze up and we asked for assistants one of the employees came over took the lid off where you dump the ice and pop you dont want in your cup. She put her hand into the good ice with out a glove and started to stir the ice around.The drain to the dump was over flowing and that ice and pop and no telling what else was in there she put it in the good ice and sayed (when she looked up and saw us standing there) OOPS.     I go to Braums in McAlester on the George Nigh expressway almost daily. I take care of my 81 yearold mother. Some days it is almost impossible to get her to eat, but she will almost always be happy to take a trip to Braums for ice cream. We go through the drive-through as it is difficult for her to get around. Everything we purchase is in paper and we end up with a lot of trash because for the last couple of months there has been no trash can outside to dispose of our trash.     I am an employee at Braum's. Just because I am an employee doesn't mean I should be treated differently than other customers, because once I clock out, and I order something, I AM a customer.     Just left your store on Gilcrese Rd. in Tulsa, Ok. Did not buy any thing for there was no help at the counter. No one greeted us or ask if we could be helped.     I work in fast food, at chick-fil-a, which serves breakfast until 10:30 am. At our store, we do allow people to order lunch early if they are willing to wait. I was so disappointed to walk into braums one morning and be denied lunch because it was too early.     So i just went to Braums on camp bowbie in fort worth Tx. And i orderd i think its the number 3 the jalepeno jack. And first they were rude so i get to the first window n my total is 6.92 and i gave the lady a 20 n she gives me 8 dollars back now idk how it went from 6.92 up to 12 dollars and she doesn't even give me a receipt.     I order a Chocolate Almond Waffle Cone and got a plain Chocolate waffle cone. I called Braums in Van Buren and was told it would be replaced and my name was in the book.     I went to the Braums in Van Buren Arkansas on Pointer Trail today to get an ice cream that was wrong in the past.     I went through the drive thru in Garland, TX store #61 on 1/16/11 and ordered a number one. I gave the attendant exact change and she did not give me my recipt. It clearly states on the outside of the drive thu window that if Braums fails to give you a cash recipt then you are supposed to get a $5 dollar certificate.     the braums store in tulsa okla at 17th and sheridan. everytime i go there any-more and order a soft yogurt i am told that the machine is down. i ask the employees why it was always down and they informed me that they had already cleaned it for the night.this was at 630pm and they close at 1100pm. if braums is not going to have all their merchandise available for the public to buy until at least an hour before closing they should take it off the menu. My name is Gary A. Pearse, I visit the Braums Store on S.E. 15th and Post Road in Midwest City, OK. I sometimes order a grilled chicken salad. I've asked how much would an extra piece of chicken would cost on my salad, I was told it would cost the same as a grilled chicken sandwich. I don't want to order a whole sandwich just for and extra piece of chicken. I would like more chicken on my salad, but not pay three times what it's worth. Used to eat at Braum's often. However, I will probably NEVER return! This company can't seem to get it right. Luke warm hamburgers just don't cut it with me. I would rather wait a few minutes for a fresh hamburger than have one on the counter before I can get my wallet out to pay. I have commented three times to the company via web...NO CHANGE. They don't care about what the one who pays the bills wants and will not try to serve a hot hamburger. Grilled onions went out several years ago too. We frequent the Braums on Randol Mill Rd. in Arlington, Texas.
We can't seem to get thru to the people who take orders that we want one regular cheese burger and one without meat. My husband doesn't eat meat, but likes everything else on the Burger. They either keep adding meat or like yesterday, argue with him and finally tell him they have to charge the same amount as the one with meat. That isn't a problem, but she kept arguing until he asked if he should go someplace else. Oh No, she said and turned in the order. He has been ordering this for years and Braums seem to be the only place that gives him a bad time. Doesn't take a genius to understand the order. If this happens one more time we will go elseware.

My wife & I like to eat at Braum's in Burleson TX on Wilshire Blvd. The problem is not everyone wears a hat behind the counter. I talked to manager, and she said managment does not have wear hats. It's company policy. Only students have to wear hats. This sounds like a form of discremination and it's a health hazard. Anybodies hair or objects could fall in the food.
I would like to see something done on this mater.

hi i to work for a braums i work in okc and about the ice cream flavors braums has what they call rotator flavors which change out every 6 weeks as far as store cleanliness braums does not schedule enough people to do any cleaning they keep just enough people to get by 1 person per position and the company is so cheap they want you off the clock promptly at your scheduled time so i do apologize

Kudos to the Braum's Store in Independece, Ks. I do maintenance for Subways in Kansas so I am in Subways all day, every day. I also eat at Subway just about every day. I was on my way home from Oklahoma and stopped in this store about 8 p.m. Saturday night. I was VERY impressed with the staff , the store, cleanliness and the food quality. It was obvious the people were trained well, knew their jobs and actually spent their time DOING their jobs. I ordered a bac. cheeeseburger, fries and a hot fudge shake, then went to the shopping area and picked up a few items. I was waited on promptly, courtiously and quickly. By the time I was finished there ( which was not long at all) my order was ready. I used the restroom, picked up my sack and was back on my way. I ate in my truck and was really impressed with the great taste of everything I ordered. I will be making THIS Braum's a regular stop on this stretch of highway. Thanks to the manager and staff for a great experience. 100%!

I work at a Braum's store. Our A/C has been out this summer, our machine's have been leaking and I'm trying to find a way to file a formal complaint against the manager's for discrimination. As for you all and the comments you have made, The banana split is one of the more difficult items to please people with because of how messy it can be. If you let them know that you don't mind if it's messy and ask them to fix it on a tray, but you feel like you have been getting less ice cream than you pay for, they will likely appreciate the input. We have to guess on what priorities may be many times. The ice creams are almost all limited edition and manager's can't control what corporate sends. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not be the case considering different areas have different demands, but unfortunately Braum's really isn't a family store any more. The Cherry Limeade smoothie probably uses Cherry Limeade Ice Cream which is one of these flavors. In Stillwater, we have a huge demand for many such flavors, but, again, customer preference isn't taken into account unless it is over the whole area. I'm really sorry you all had bad experiences. Please keep in mind that the high school and college students there are paid an absolute minimum, work long hours and are mistreated as much as you have been and, in some cases, even worse.

braums in siloam springs ar. is getting asburd. twice my wife and i have bought oldfashion bananna splits. the icecream dosn,t even come to the top of the (now littler) plastic dish it comes in. is this a store wide policy or just untrained personel not giving customers a decent scoop of ice cream.Make a person want to re-evaluate going to braums.

I would like to know why you have stopped having snicker peanut butter ice cream. I got it twice and haven't seen it since. Everybody I talk to says the same thing. I would hope you would start having it again instead of some of the other kinds. Seems like when you find something you like companies discontinut it.

It seems that more than half of the vtime that I order a cherry-limeade smoothie from the Braums store in Mineral Wells Tx that they are out of the ingredients.Seemsthat if you are running out of things on a regular basis the manager should order more,because it must be popular if you run out right!OK now I feel better but I still need my smoothie fix.
